Return & Refund policy
The customer has the right to return the product without giving a reason within 30 days.
To return an item no later than 30 days after receiving the item, contact customer service by any convenient means and provide the order number.
The customer must return the merchandise within the next 30 days of submitting the application or provide a certificate that he/she delivered the merchandise to the delivery service within that period.
Once we receive the item in its original condition, your money (not including shipping charges) will be refunded within 30 days.
The item must be sent back in the same unused condition (including labels).
The Buyer bears the expenses for returning the product, except in case the error is made by Sellme.ee online store.
If the product has been used, damaged or spoiled in any way, the right of return is rejected.

- Tights, socks, stockings and similar products;
- Bras, underwear, corsets, and similar items;
- Other clothing that has been opened and is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
- Mechanisms and mechanical equipment;
- Medical or surgical instruments and devices if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- Ground vehicles;
- Weighable and measurable goods that have been specially prepared, cut, etc. at the request of the purchaser;
- Goods made for the personal needs of the consumer who is a party to the contract;
- Goods made to the specifications of the consumer;
- Goods that spoil quickly or age;
- Goods with such sealed packaging that is not suitable for return for medical or hygienic reasons if opened after delivery;
- Goods that by their nature are mixed or combined with other products in such a way that they cannot be detached from each other;
