To test urine: test the first and second urine of the day and record the average result. To test, place the pH strip in the urine stream briefly, shake off excess fluid and wait 15 seconds to see the pH result.

To test saliva: wait two hours after eating. Spit the saliva into a spoon, dip the pH strip into the liquid and wait 15 seconds to see the pH result.

Results: pH 7.0+ is excellent, pH 6.5 is acidic and pH below 6.0 is very acidic. For an average result, test 2 to 3 times a day and daily for an extended period of time. Compare the colour chart with the test strip reading to get the result.

Important! Put the cap back on the jar immediately after use and close tightly. Do not touch the test strips. Store in a cool, dry place. For in-vitro use only.
