The Melitta® LatteSelect automatic espresso machine offers a multitude of functions and customization options accessible at the touch of a button. Simply touch the touch buttons with color photo to start preparing the desired coffee specialty according to the original recipe. Advanced level of customization: twelve pre-configured coffee recipes, the ability to set and save the favorite recipe for six people and use the manual double compartment bean hopper – a machine with advanced functionality for intense tasting pleasure.

Pre-infusion function
Our extraction process ensures perfect deployment of coffee aromas and exceptional tasting. During the pre-infusion stage, freshly ground coffee is quickly soaked with water before extraction begins, then it is prepared ensuring optimal contact time between the coffee and hot water.

IntenseAroma function
For an even stronger coffee, it is possible to select the “IntenseAroma” function instead of the standard preparation profile, without having to change the quantity of water or coffee.

12 coffee recipes – prepared according to the original recipe
The preparation of the four classic recipes (espresso, café crème, cappuccino and latte macchiato) is simply done by touching the touch buttons of the corresponding drink. Eight other coffee specialties are available via the menu, including flat white, long black and Americano.

Italian Preparation Process
To find the authentic flavor of the chosen specialty, discover the “Italian Preparation Process” function, which adds the ingredients in the order of the original recipe. For a latte macchiato for example, the espresso is added after the milk and the milk foam. For a cappuccino, it's the opposite.

Easy operation thanks to touch screen
The “One Touch” function allows you to select coffee specialties such as espresso, café crème, cappuccino or latte macchiato by pressing the corresponding touch button, but also to personalize them according to your tastes, including during the preparation. It also allows you to prepare hot milk, milk froth or hot water in the blink of an eye. Step-by-step instructions displayed on the high-resolution color screen as well as realistic videos played during coffee preparation ensure simple and intuitive use.

Ultra-quiet mill
Extremely quiet cutting-edge technology: the grinder of this automatic espresso machine grinds coffee beans almost silently. Its operation does not require interrupting the conversation and does not wake anyone in the morning when preparing coffee. Enjoy a coffee in peace at any time.

Double Cup Function
With the “Double Cup” function, prepare two cups of many coffee specialties simultaneously, with or without milk.

Manual selection of coffee beans
Double Compartment Grain Bin
Combined with the “Manual Bean Select” function, it allows you to use two varieties of coffee beans. The integrated ground coffee chute also allows you to use already ground coffee.

* Note: Since after manually changing the variety of coffee beans, there are still some beans of the previous variety in the grinder and this must not be left unused, you will need to prepare 2 to 3 cups maximum (depending on the coffee strength setting) before the new variety is used.

All-in-one height-adjustable spout
The spout has different nozzles for coffee, milk and hot water to prepare a multitude of drinks with ease, just at the touch of a button and without having to move the cup during preparation. The height-adjustable spout allows you to use glasses and large cups.

Recipes for 6 people
To avoid having to adjust everyone's preferences for each new preparation, this automatic espresso machine allows you to save the favorite recipe of up to six people.

Customizing coffee strength and grinding fineness
To satisfy everyone's tastes, it offers four levels of coffee strength adjustment and five for grinding fineness and also allows you to adjust the temperature and quantity of coffee.

Tea function
This automatic espresso machine will also delight tea lovers because the optimal brewing temperatures for white, green, black tea or herbal teas are preset and it also allows them to be prepared very easily thanks to the One Touch function.

Automatic cleaning and descaling function
The display of the automatic espresso machine indicates with a symbol that cleaning or descaling is necessary and guides you step by step through the program in question.

Removable extraction chamber
The extraction chamber is easily removed to clean the inside of the machine.

Easy Steam Cleaning function and connectable milk preparation system
The “Easy Steam Cleaning” function uses hot water and steam to clean and disinfect all parts in contact with milk after each use.
